According to our seven-day return policy, you can submit a return request any time within seven days beginning on the date the item was delivered to you.
Your item must still be unused and in the same condition that it was in when you received it, including having all of its identifiers attached and being in its original packaging. Only then will you be eligible for a return. You will also need a receipt or some other kind of verification that the item was purchased.

If your request to return an item is approved, we will email you a label for free return postage as well as detailed instructions on where and how to deliver the package. Without a previous return request, we are unable to accept anything that are shipped back to us.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available to customers whose addresses are within 2 km of the Area UMK Kota Bharu location.
The order needs to be placed one or two days before the day that is still available.
When we have finished processing your order and it is ready for delivery, you will receive a message from us.

Fast Standard Delivery

After the item has been shipped, delivery will typically take place between one to five business days.
Only delivery on a Local Scale
Your package should reach at its destination in accordance with the expected timeframe, assuming there are no delays.
Peninsular Malaysia: between one and two working days after the order is picked up.
5–6 working days after the order has been picked up in Sabah and Sarawak
