WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY?

Thank you for acquiring 10 in 1’s products. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, you can return it for a full refund. Please read our return policy before you start the process at https://teninone888.wixsite.com/my-site-1.

 
  • Our product return policy lasts for 2 days once you had received the products following the purchase. Once these 2 days have elapsed, we unfortunately will not be able to offer you an exchange or return.
  • To process a return, the item must be unused, in the same conditions in which you received it. This includes the original packaging.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Depending on where the return comes from, the estimated time for the return process may vary.

EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?
  • Unfortunately we don't offer an exchange facility. Simply return your items and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items.
REFUNDS
  • 10 in 1 will notify you upon the arrival of the returned item. If the return is accepted, the refund will be approved, and you will receive the amount in the form of store credit or your original payment method in approximately 5 days. If there is a delay in the refund, check your bank account and talk to your bank directly. If they confirm that the payment has not arrived, you can contact us again. Please take into account that the appearance of the transfer in your bank account can take some days.
INCORRECT AND DAMANGED ITEMS
  • You can send us an email to teninone888@gmail.com and we’ll make sure you get the Herbal Eggs that you paid for.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
 
  • You have 1 hours to cancel your order. After that, it’s too late. Your order is probably cooked and packed already, and we won’t apologize for being efficient.
